Pasta Sisters was born with the help of Paola's children Francesco and Giorgia Sinatra. At first her idea was to introduce the 'Tastes of Veneto' to her friends and their families. She received outstanding reviews for her gnocchi and other dishes; it wasn't long before restaurants and private clients were clamoring for Paola's exceptional homemade cuisine.

Pasta Sisters today is a family business that produces organic homemade Italian dishes from the region of Veneto. This region in northeast Italy, home to Venice and Padova, is rich in culture, history and delicious foods.
