About the Business

Pan Am Boxing was established in 1968 by Ed Yaremchuck and Allan Walls following the 1967 Pan American Games. John Black, acted as chair of the boxing portion of the games, and as the games came to a close, Black purchased much of the boxing equipment used during this event. This equipment remained in Black's garage until Yaremchuck and Walls arranged to use the equipment to open a boxing club. Ever since this moment, Pan Am has been dedicated to providing high quality boxing training to all levels of athletes, from beginners to top ranked amateur boxers.

Established in 1968.
