Shauna's passion for health and helping others led her to open the business in 2017. She brings a lot of experience and education to the table when it comes to helping other. Shauna studied Kinesiology for 3 years at the University of Winnipeg, is certified in Integrative Health Fundamentals, and worked for 6 years in the fitness industry. She is also pursuing an advanced diploma in Nutrition & health Coaching, as she recognizes the importance of continued education to stay on top of the latest research, information, and breakthroughs with nutrition and health.
