Our 5700 sq ft (private) facility is stocked with everything you will find in a big box commercial gym, large showers, plate loaded strength equipment, cable machines, free weights, and lots of cardio equipment (including the awesome Jacob's Ladder). Beyond that, we have everything you will find in a private personal training studio, battling ropes, "the prowler" TRX systems, MMA equipment, hurdles, extreme core trainers (landmines) and chains for accommodating resistance. We have designed our facility to get you motivated, having fun, and most importantly achieving results! We take a multidisciplinary approach to exercise, because no single training methodology works for everyone all of the time. In a single workout you may power-lift to develop strength, use various yoga positions to improve your flexibility, and do some interval training to elevate your cardiovascular fitness. It's rarely the same and it's never boring!
