The president of our company, Rico Latson, started at the age of 14 working with his uncle and learning to use his hands. Interestingly enough, Rico was good at turning "nothing" into something; seeing visions of completed projects when they were at ground zero. For the next 20 years, Mr. Latson perfected his craft by continuing to work in the home renovation and remodeling field.
