On December 10, 2013 the Nichols Construction Team reached its 30th anniversary. When John Nichols, his father, and brother Brad started the company in 1983 they had a shared vision: to construct buildings by building relationships. Dad was a visionary and had an extraordinary easy-going and comfortable nature. He connected with people from all walks of life with ease. Brad was a business visionary who had laser-focused insight into how we should differentiate our services from others by delivering comprehensive, single source facility solutions to our Customers. And John, had a burning passion for building. Doing it the right way, with quality and integrity.

John has more than 40 years of construction experience. As president and CEO, John oversees all business operations as well as the overall construction management process ensuring that day-to-day operations meet or exceed the expectations of their clients. John manages all pre-construction services (budgets, estimates, value engineering), evaluates the client's needs, develops project delivery strategies and obtains all necessary approvals. Leveraging his depth of experience and network, John helps clients find and acquire public incentive funding, as well as all available energy and utility grants and abatements. John takes great pride in helping clients see their dreams become realities and always strives to develop business relationships that are based on respect, trust, and honesty.
