Johny Chow is widely known as a professional musician playing bass guitar in his band Stone Sour -- a multiplatinum, Grammy-nominated band. But at heart, he is a Buffalonian with decades of experience in the bar industry. Pulling from his experiences traveling the world five times over, Johny has used his creative drive and artistic vision to design, open and run some of the most visible and successful restaurants and bars on both coasts.
