MaMo is the only restaurant in San Francisco, featuring Californian cuisine with a Colombian & Venezuelan flair. MAMO's concept is the fusion of the exotic tropical flavors of South America, with the sophisticated taste of California.

Inspired by the concept of diversity, our promise to our guests is to provide a cozy, yet chic environment, where they can experience the combination of cultures that the San Francisco Bay Area offers.

MaMo, was born when owners M & M decided to share a bit of their own culture with San Francisco and bring the flavors of Colombia & Venezuelan cuisine to the Marina District scene; using, and offering some of our best Californian products and combining them with local Beers & a Great Wine Selection!

Michael and Milena are the owners of MaMo. Milena is from Caracas Venezuela and Michael from Bogota Colombia. More than a decade after moving to California and searching constantly for a place that will offer a culinary taste of their homeland, they decided to open MaMo to share some of their culture with the San Francisco scene.
