Daniel J. Bartow was born on Long Island, new York, graduated from Sullivan College in upstate New York, interned at disney World in Orlando, and worked at the Flying Bridge restaurant Cape Cod, Massachusetts. he continued to perfect his Italian cuisine while working and managing a number of local restaurants. But it wasn't until 2001 while working at Legends on the Green restaurant, located in the south hills, that his entrepeneurship future was destined to own and manage his own restaurant. LEGENDS of the  North Shore  opend in June of 2002.
