Gilbert P. (Business Owner)

Gil and his mother were the owners of the family owned restaurant La Palma located in Fort Worth from 1980 to 1995 located in the Stockyard area. He always missed the restaurant life and had the opportunity to purchase La Familia in 2016 and jumped at the chance to go back to the restaurant business. With his wife Juanita and one of his sisters running the restaurant, he enjoys going in on the weekends and cooking meals for his customers to enjoy.
