About the Business

Our little family restaurant dream started four years ago while we were still living back in Iowa. Fast forward, we are here now in this great town of Spring, Texas, and ready to serve up some of our family favorites starting on August 1st, 2017, which was our grand opening. We are thankful and grateful for all the support from family, friends, neighbors, and our new guests that have stopped in to try us out. We aren't trying to compete with other traditional Vietnamese restaurants, but just ourselves. We have our own standards and unique fusion and want to bring the best dine in experience here and hope you come back wanting more!

Fu Manchung does a very good job of making you feel welcomed when you step in the door. Now if we miss you, it's because you snuck in while we are busy helping others or helping take orders on the phone. It’s casual counter service all day, order up front before you are seated. We are unique because we offer a fun Vietnamese fusion based menu with some family favorites and a few fusion good eats. Our motto is, come in happy, leave happier! Hearing customers say they will be back soon really makes all our hard work well worth it. If you’re looking for authentic, look elsewhere! We have our own unique dishes and fusion.

Chloe & her family recently took over & will manage customer care and carry Fu Manchung forward into the next chapter! Chef Chau has a passion to cook, while Chloe has a passion for customer care. What excites them is the challenge of bringing their family fusion style dishes to share with y’all! We aren’t your typical Vietnamese authentic restaurant, but we have our own unique style with bringing in some Thai, Chinese, American, and Vietnamese influences with our own twist. Thanks for trying us out and we hope you enjoy it.
