About the Business

We are very proud of our history.

This grade 2 listed building started as a community sports hall back in 1978. From there it developed into the great gym it is today.

We are even more proud of the fact that all the work we do and the membership money our members pay goes to helping our community become fitter and healthier be it kids or the more mature.

We get immense satisfaction from that. Not one penny goes to someone at the top and everyone who joins our gyms helps to achieve this on a daily basis.

So not only will you become healthier you will help others too and we have no doubt that will bring a smile to your face and to that of others.

Our Chief Exec works tirelessly to constantly promote healthier communities so you can trust that everyone here from top to bottom has the same goal.

Not many other gyms chains can do what we do so come in and join the army that works hard to make the people around us happy and healthier.

Extensive free weights & resistance area, 40+ group fitness classes per week, state of the art cardio equipment. High ceilings, glass roof and as much natural light as you can handle makes our gym the gym to choose. We have a fantastic expansive free weights area if you like lifting, all the cardio kit you could shake your heart rate monitor at and if that wasn't enough try one of our too many to list classes in both of our large studios. Add to that happy smiley friendly staff who will spend time getting to know who you are and making sure you hit your fitness goals. Our sole aim is to help maintain healthy living for our members and our community so please ask us how we can help you. We are a gym for everyone, another one of our aims.
