About the Business

In 2013 I was 15 stone, Overweight and completely lacking in confidence with my mental health deteriorating. I woke up one morning and thought "I need to get my life sorted" That day i hit the gym and stopped drinking and over the process of about 6 months i lost the weight. My mental health was much better aswell as my physical appearance and health. I decided to continue as i grew to love what i was doing. 4 years later i decided that this is what i want to do for the rest of my life, so i went back to college got my personal training certificates and decided that helping other people achieve the same progress that helped change my life was what I wanted to do as my career. And here I am.
