Sport and healthy living has always been a very important part of my live.
My yoga journey started in 2016 and it changed my life. i fell so in love with its amazing phisical and mental effects that in 2017 i decided to deepen my knowledge and comleted a Hatha yoga teacher training course in Budapest, Hungary at Nitayoga Academy, than immediately after it an ayurvedic yoga therapist, vinyasa flow and yin, than Ashtanga TTC in 2018.
I have been teaching in Portsmouth since the January 2018.
