Restaurateurs Terry and Laura Craig are constantly tweaking their modern Mexican Jalapeño Inferno concept. Over more than a decade, they've evolved from Sonoran classics to authentic flavors of Old Mexico like street tacos, alongside American Southwest dishes such as enchiladas with snow crab and sweet rock shrimp in creamy white and tomatillo sauces.
