iTrain Fitness Broadway has been operating since 2010 and has evolved to accommodate the ongoing wants and needs of our clients to provide a quality workout space with quality customer service.
We have expanded into corporate classes and offer a range of flexible personal training and fitness testing options to suit all budgets and schedules!
We have also formed links with local nutrition based businesses to provide a more well rounded service when it comes to health and fitness.

Lachlan has had a lifetime of experience and interest in the fitness industry. He is an ambassador for various organisations including Lululemon Athletica and 2XU and is the Head Athletics Coach for St. Catherines School and Sydney Boys High School. Lachlan has over 12 years experience as a personal trainer and is owner of iTrain Fitness Gym. For the last 16 years, he has been an active member of the Australian Defence Force holding various positions within the Army including an extensive period as paratrooper in the 3rd battalion. Lachlan has a passion for ultra marathon running where he has competed in many events in the past seven years. With great endurance and mental toughness, Lachlan was selected to compete in one of Australia's longest races, 680km across the Simpson Desert. Now Lachlan races in this event annually. Australia's Greatest athlete will provide Lachlan the opportunity to encourage other athletes to reach their peak performance and conquer their personal goals
