Since 2008 CrossFit Norwest has been servicing the Hills District. Initially located in Castle Hill and now Dural. We have transformed the lives of some of our beginners and even sent athletes to the CrossFit Games.

CrossFit Norwest was the fourth CrossFit in Australia established in 2008. We specialise in improving your physical and mental capacity from the very beginner to elite athletes. All our sessions are small group classes, with optional use of open gym time. CrossFit Norwest runs CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting and Stretch classes. In May, 2014 CrossFit Norwest moved to Kenthurst Rd, Dural. We now have one of Australia's biggest CrossFit facilities. Come and participate in a Free Intro session today!
