About the Business

Integrated Wellness began in 2008 offering massage therapies. In 2010, Natasha added individual psychotherapy services to the offerings of Integrated Wellness, specializing in mood disorders, anxiety, LGBTQ concerns and sex therapy.

Like many things in the COVID era, my practice has shifted to include online psychotherapy only at this time. As things change, I will be sure to update regarding resuming massage therapy services. Until then, thank you to all the wonderful people who have seen me over the past 14 years! It's been my pleasure to work with each and every one of you!
