My father, Joe Borowski, established Borowski's Health Foods Ltd. in 1977 and I began working with him in 1978. My Dad opened our health food store and wrote a best seller "The Borowski Cookbook", which was published in 1977. For the next 19 years our family business expanded and we manufactured our own vitamin line. My dad and I both studied for and received our Masters of Herbology.
