Lover of all ethnic foods and huge fan of fresh and healthy Vietnamese cuisine. Was introduced to Banh Mi sandwiches while living in Calgary and after moving to Halifax discovered there were no restaurants with Banh Mi on the menu. The only solution was to make my own Banh Mi sandwiches and fulfil a lifelong dream of owning my own restaurant.
