The Jean brothers came to Canada (Toronto) from Canton province in China then moved to Halifax almost 20 years ago. They have many years of experience cooking and once even made dinner for the Prime Minister of Japan! Their current restaurant has been on Spring Garden Road for 12 years and they have enjoyed serving the people of Halifax.
