Hide launched in January 2017. Since its inception Hide has become widely recognized in DFW for its exceptional cocktails and made from scratch food. Having relocated from Deep Ellum, Hide is now located on Lowest Greenville in a beautiful space complete with a rooftop deck, Hide is a favorite of discerning cocktail drinkers and foodies throughout DFW. HIDE was originally launched in early 2017 in Deep Ellum HIDE was honored as the Best New Bar of 2017, Best Bar of 2018 and Best Cocktail Bar of 2019. Then the Covid shutdown hit in early 2020. During the Covid shutdown, Nick, the owner/operator at HIDE, found an amazing spot for HIDE on Lowest Greenville and decided to reopen there after Covid. And, that is where HIDE operates today, The same great cocktails are still served and the food is better than ever. When you come in, give the pizza a try, it is REALLY GOOD. Guests enjoy the great cocktails and food in 3700 feet of beautiful bar space and on a rooftop patio with a city view. We hope to see you at HIDE soon!

Nick is the owner/operator at Hide. Nick was inspired to start Hide in order to bring a world class cocktail and bar food experience to Dallas. Nick is an experienced bar and restaurant operator but prior to launching Hide, Nick criss crossed the US and spent time in many of the Top 50 Bars in the World. He met several of these successful entrepreneurs, observed their techniques, inspected their operations and sampled their creations, Nick then returned home to Dallas, filled with ideas for Hide. When home, he added a lot of his own creativity and know how to the mix. Hide was born.
