But we opened in 2019 in the little Haus on our property. In 2021, after making it through the pandemic with outdoor seating and to-go only, we opened our larger taproom, event space and Boyle Racing memorabilia garage. Our 100+ seat taproom is connected to the large, family-friendly beer garden.

Guggman Haus Brewing Co. is locally owned and operated by twin sisters and their husbands. One couple spent time living in Germany where they grew an appreciation for quality beer, and the other spent time in Denver, exploring the beer scene. Five years of homebrewing and much planning led to the creation of Guggman Haus Brewing Co.

In the '30s and '40s, the property at 1701 Gent Avenue was known as the Boyle Racing HQ. It was home to the three time Indy 500 winner Wilbur Shaw, along with other racing legends. Sip a Wilbur's Prize Pils as you saunter through the memorabilia garage connected to the taproom.

We specialize in bold versions of familiar and experimental beer styles and have something for everyone like our Guggenweizen Hefe, fruited sours, hazy IPAs or Milk Stout. Our family-friendly taproom & beer garden is open every day of the week except Tuesday and we have food available from our taproom kitchen - The Cabin Kitchen. Join us for lunch Wednesday- Sunday!
