About the Business

After completing a Carpenter’s apprenticeship in conjunction with 4 years of trade school Gabe Grosso founded Grosso Carpentry, LLC in 1998. It wasn’t long until Grosso Carpentry began to branch out into a full fledged home remodeling business. In addition to all forms of rough & fine finish Carpentry, Grosso Carpentry & Home Remodeling, LLC is a one stop shop General Contracting Company with all sub contractors on board to handle any and all home remodeling, new construction, residential and commercial projects.

Gabe Grosso has been in the home remodeling business for over 20 years.  As an Oak Park native, Gabe has lived in Oak Park his entire life.  He attended Washington Irving grade school, Percy Julian Jr High & graduated from O.P.R.F. High School in 1991.  After attending Columbia College Gabe completed a Carpenter apprentice program and became a certified Journeyman Carpenter.  In addition to running Grosso Carpentry Gabe is also a professional “”house flipper” successfully investing in many foreclosed unlivable homes to be rehabbed and resold.  Creating work while improving neighborhoods and raising property values is something Grosso Carpentry takes pride in.
