After that, it was only a matter of time until people began to take notice of his work and so grew the company which is now Chi Renovation & Design. Extensive experience with projects across the Chicagoland area in kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, basement remodeling, condo remodeling, and gut rehab projects, is what makes Lior and his team leaders in the remodeling industry. The child of a hardworking craftsman, many say Lior began his career in renovation at a young age. Always passionate about creating and building something from nothing, he found his drive for building and designing beautiful homes and spaces could be fulfilled as a contractor. After years of working as an assistant for craftsman doing everything from tile and cabinet installation to painting and drywall, he found himself depleted and unsatisfied with the level of creativity he was allowed to bring to the table. Determined to let his talent shine, he combined his talent and his drive to create Chi Renovation & Design.  "Complete condo remodeling, kitchen design, and bathroom renovation provide the most freedom for our team to really express their keen design abilities that may otherwise get lost amongst monotony" says the accomplished project manager. "I'm ecstatic that we've been able to come this far, sheerly based on a solid reputation and talented, driven team of professionals."
