Estabished in 1996 in West Hollywood on La Cienega Blvd, Gamine moved to Silverlake in 2006 bringing the integrity of the art of hairdressing to the Eastside.

The idea behind the move was to embrace the "villiaging" of Los Angeles; people didn't want to drive all the way to the Westside to get a great haircut anymore. This also supports the green culture that Gamine Beauty strives to be a part of.

Gamine's vision is to support individual style and attitudes through hair.
