About the Business

Fitness Zone opened for business in 1996 with the goal of getting people to invest in their health. Prior to opening Fitness Zone we have an additional 15-20yrs experience combined. All our trainers have received a BS in Kinesiology or Exercise Physiology in addition to a variety of certifications in there personal area of expertise. Fitness Zone has evolved over the years to included the latest and most effective types of training. All of our trainers take continuing education in the field very seriously and keep themselves on cutting edge of fitness.

Rob has been involved in the development of health and fitness programs since 1989. His journey started with an interest in competitive bodybuilding in high school. Since then, he has competed in collegiate track and field as well as events ranging from Adventure Racing to marathons. Rob is also an avid cyclist competing in a variety of disciplines including Cross-Country and 24-Hour Mountain Biking as well as Road Racing and Criteriums.
