We Are Portland's Healthy Meal Delivery Service. We prepare locally sourced portion controlled meals and deliver them to your home or work. Our weekly meal plans are easy to order, conveniently packaged, and so good for you. We deliver you delicious and healthy meals so you can spend more of your time enjoying life. Whether it is for Weight Loss or Convenience our prepared meals come in 1200, 1600 and 2000 calories per day average. We have many different plans you can order and we also have Gluten Intolerant and Diabetic Friendly options.

G. Scott Brown started Farm To Fit with His wife Dre Slaman.  They were looking for a service like it in Portland and when they could not find it they decide to start one. They met in 2001 at Northern Illinois while they were studying for their MFA in Acting. They both have worked in the Food Business off and on most of their entire working lives. They were looking for a business to support their waste-lines as well as their Artistry and thus Farm To Fit was Born.
