Ale the "Hair Ninja" Bonilla has been innovating businesses since 1993 & is always concerned with the best for his team and guests. All Hairbangers must go thru a rigorous training by Ale himself & Wella Color Expert Nekesa Mohler of NYC (we call this the boot camp).
