About the Business

Empty the Nest's origin came from a simple question: "after you move or transition, what happens to all the stuff you can't take?" This may include items that kids or loved ones no longer want or simply items left after downsizing.

The issue isn't just how to empty homes. The real need is to take the overwhelming task of "emptying the nest" and make it simple and comfortable; respectful and responsible.

What makes Empty the Nest unique is that we treat your belongings with respect. We provide a wall-to-wall home cleanout that minimizes waste and maximizes reuse.

Our team goes through the home with you - you take what you want, we take care of the rest.

Some of the items are donated. Other items are sold for reuse and "upcycling," in our retail store - reducing the cost of our services for you. And Items that can't be donated or sold are responsibly and securely recycled, to minimize waste.
