For nearly a century, the Ellison family has been serving the automotive needs of the mid-peninsula community. In 1929, Ellisons opened the first body shop in downtown Palo Alto. Today, were an award winning, stand-alone towing company with a fleet of 28 towing, recovery and service vehicles that are meticulously maintained for safety and reliability. We provide 24-Hour Roadside assistance to AAA members and non-members, Mobile Battery Service and 24-Hour Private Property towing (within 10 miles of our office) in Palo Alto, Stanford, Los Altos, Mountain View, Menlo Park, Portola Valley, Sunnyvale, Redwood City, Santa Clara, San Jose, San Francisco, San Carlos, San Mateo and beyond.

Ellison's Towing is currently owned and operated by Mr. Ellison's daughter, Cheri Ellison-Carroll, and her husband, Brent Carroll. Together they have won a Pioneer Award, Golden Heart Award and AAA's Gold, Silver, and Bronze Service Provider of Excellence Awards. The Ellison family has been serving its community for more than 80 years, since Earl Ellison, Sr. opened downtown Palo Alto's first auto body repair shop.
