Working as the head bar chef here at the lounge, I specialize in herbalism, sugar free /alcohol free mixology.  I have been involved in the food and beverage industry for over 20 years… with continuous TABC and food manager certifications.  I enjoy applying my experience and education in licensed bars and kitchens to create unforgettable experiences for my customers.  I strive to create healthy, delicious and beautiful meals/beverages using creative techniques & cultural, organic ingredients to provide my guests with education, happiness and wellness.  I am a trendsetting innovator type, yet I respect traditionalism.
