The required time it takes to explain and discuss the problem and repair to the owner. The Service/Diagnostic fee is not waived or applied to the repair cost. We are not the cheapest, but we are the most honest. Our repair fees average around the middle of the industry standard price structure. Fast, efficient service is key if your comfort system unexpectedly breaks down. Elite Heating and Air started as a dream, which quickly turned into a reality.  My wife, Maryann, and I worked many long hours during the busy seasons of summer and winter with one goal in mind... Superior customer service as the primary staple of Elite.  Although our business has grown leaps and bounds over the past 15 years, superior customer service continues to be at the top of our core values.  I have personally been in the heating and air conditioning industry since I was a Junior in High School. with a total of 28 years experience.  I started as a helper and quickly found desires of being an owner not an employee of a business.  I have continued my passion of Heating and Air conditioning because I simply enjoy what I do for a living.  It doesnt seem like work when I enjoy my job as much as I do.
