Worlds largest Infused Tequila bar. We originally opened in the heights in 2011. Planning to start with 12 hand made infusions. We had so much fun we kept adding more. Now we’re downtown with 70 Infused Tequilas. Made from real ingredients ranging from fruits, veggies, nuts, chilies, teas and even meat!! How’d we learn how to do this? We’re wizard scientists. We love playing with all this fresh produce to make our unique infusions, juices and garnish. This allows us to combine flavors in ways unseen in any other bar. A little daunting? Don’t worry we’ll help you find a great drink. Once you’re a regular you’ll have you’re own favorite wacky combinations. Then you’ll be the wizard scientist in the eyes of your friends. Oh we have a scratch kitchen using delicious quality ingredients because bars should have delicious food too.

Crazy amount of flavor combinations Most bars use bags of fake citrus syrup. WE squeeze real fruit. Costs 20x more to produce. But we think it tastes way better. Beer: Mexican Beers & Local craft beers. Domestic beers: We think domestic means Lonestar. Food: Finally a bar w unique flavorful food. Scratch kitchen using ingredients like 44 farms steak & wild gulf snapper. Non GMO Organic Stone Ground Yellow Corn tortillas cost us 1,400% more than the typical tortilla. Is it worth it? We think so. We go way beyond most bar kitchens. Bar food Inspired by flavors of Mexico/Latin America w some local flavors of Houston & Texas. NOT Tex-Mex or your grandma's favorite Mexican restaurant. We love those places too. We ARE the World's Largest Infused Tequila Bar with a full bar and kitchen.

El Big Bad is the World's Largest Infused Tequila bar. We take time to Infuse our Tequila to the level that balances the flavor of the ingredient which we are introducing with the flavor of the Tequila. Which we think is delicious!! We also squeeze fresh juices. You cannot get these drinks anywhere else. Our food is Gastro Pub fare with Mexican and Latin influences. All of our drinks and food are prepared in house by hand. We take great care in preparing our selections and we hope you like them. Something not exactly how you like it? Let us know we are happy to tailor to your preferences if we are able. Some people like their margarita sweeter. Some like it more tart. We like them the way we make them but we like to make them the way you like them. Come down and try our delicious Infused Tequilas neat or in a margarita. We are constantly changing with the season so you should always have something fresh to try.
