Immigrant family from Argentina came to Houston looking for a better life. Leonilda and Manuel Augusto Marini (a Pastry Maker and a journalist) and five little children looking for a job, we were faced with many obstacles the language, the culture etc. But perseverance and hard work made The Marini's Family very popular among the entire community. Since 1971 we are serving our community with the original 'empanadas argentinas' (meat,fruit and vegetables pies) made one by one fresh and with unique flavors who make us very proud to became the Original Marini's Empanada House in USA. After more than forty years and millions of empanadas sold, we continue to work hard as if it was our first day.
