About the Business

The restuarant was founded in 2010 by Tiziana Di Costanzo. She brought her family recipes, Italian classics, and inventive specials along with warm hospitality and Dolce Italia quickly built a reputation as a consistently great restaurant.
Maria has worked alongside Tiziana since the beginning and has been capocuoco since 2017.
Matthew came onboard as a manager in 2015 and is now a managing partner.
Together we look to continue the Dolce Italia story as we are happy to serve our loyal customers and new alike- we welcome you all and look forward to the chance to show you our passion.
