About the Business

DiFranco's started out as a farmers market booth selling locally sourced and organic pasta sauces made from family recipes. As a marketing experiment, DiFranco's proved successful with the tent and table. Thus now we have a space not only for you to buy fresh pasta and sauce, but enjoy a menu that boasts salads, subs, + fresh pastas in a gourmet deli atmosphere.

A native of Niagara Falls, NY, DiFranco grew up in a large Italian family where food was always the topic of conversation. For college, DiFranco moved to North Carolina to get his business degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel HIll. During this time, Ryan was constantly exposed to the elements of the restaurant industry while serving and bartending.
