About the Business

2008 marked the 10-year anniversary of Parisi's in North Denver. Hard to believe that it was a decade ago that Simone and Christine opened up their tiny little shop on Lowell. What started as a little Italian gourmet deli and market, almost by accident grew into a bustling neighborhood dining experience now on Tennyson Street. Why by accident? Well, they didn't set out to have a restaurant much beyond sandwiches and a few simple dishes. They had a great following but customers seemed to want more. Simone had so much to share from his culinary experience of growing up in Florence, Italy. Soon the kitchen was pouring out pizzas, pastas & sandwiches beyond capacity.

...so the Tennyson location was born. So, here they are, more than 10 years later, proud to be part of this North Denver neighborhood and to have been a part of people's lives (and their bellies) all these years!
