She decided to open Cutloose to bring her and her teams experience to the Greenpoint community! The salon has a colorful and tropical Miami vibe, beautiful art work, great cuts, great color and great music!

Siobhan Benson started CutLoose in March of 2108 in hopes of marrying her passions and giving them all a home under one roof. Aside from her long history as a salon stylist, Siobhan has made a name for herself as a editorial hair artist who has worked alongside some of the biggest names in the business--Sam Mcknight, Guido, Eugene Soloman, Odile and James Pecis to name a few. Shes worked fashion week's biggest shows like Chanel  in Paris, London, New york and Milan, contributed to the pages of Vogue and continues to be a tastemaker with contributions to current and fresh publications like Nowness, V magazine and title. Her keen sense of style and taste lends itself to her talents as a DJ who's vinyl collection is just has rich as her knowledge of fashion and culture.
