Crossfit Rittenhouse was started by three guys from Philadelphia who had a passion for fitness and movement. Unlike many gyms, we strive to work with each person as an individual and offer an environment that is as good for beginners as it is for the more advanced athletes. CFRH was created from the beginning with the goal of being a fun, convenient, and extremely effective way to work out.
