About the Business

The business was founded in 2012 by two senior master technicians, Brad Weiss and Jeff Crawford. Brad and Jeff had met while both working for a dealership and decided that there were things about the auto repair industry that needed to be better, so they went into business together, opening a shop in Mesa.

In 2019 Brad purchased Jeff's portion of the business. Jeff is probably off sailing somewhere around the world while Brad continues to own and operate Crawford's Auto.

In April 2022, Crawford's Auto Repair acquired Rich's Automotive and moved to a new location in Chandler on Frye Rd. This new shop is over three times the size of the Mesa shop, has bays big enough for larger vehicles, and it has easier access from the road making the service more convenient for customers.
