About the Business
In the winter of 2014, Andrea Melani decided to explore the idea of creating a new Italian restaurant concept with a pasta shop as its centerpiece -- a restaurant in which people are able to experience live the process of making pasta. In 2015 Andrea Melani and Emilio Cento joined efforts and began working together to create Convivio Italian Artisan Cuisine.
