Leo Madrigal was born in Oaxaca Mexico and moved briefly to Houston before setting in South Phoenix to raise his family. He has built many successful kitchens and menus for resturants around the vally before he realized it was time to open his own resturant. After years of getting stuck on 16th street north  of broadway he realized the perfect location for his newest adventure was right in his back yard.
