About the Business

Bob Clarke worked his way through Florida State University, at a local Full Service Gulf service station in the Tallahassee area, pumping gas. After graduation in 1978, Bob moved to the Tampa area. There he begin operating his own Gulf gas station with two service bays, on the corner of Lakewood & Hwy 60 in Brandon. Bob eventually moved out the gas business and continued exclusively as an automotive repair business in Brandon area and begin Clarke Automotive Stystems, where he still owns and operates to this day.
