Joe and Dwayne are co-owners of OIAS, and have been working on cars for a combined total of 60 years. Both developed their love for cars at a young age. Joe spends much of his free time restoring classic cars, and isn't shy about showing them off. Dwayne is equally passionate about his projects, most of which involve off-road vehicles and a whole lot of mud.
