Prior to opening, I travelled to Rome, Italy, where I spent 4 months learning this art. I worked side by side with a Master Pizzaiolo until I learnt everything there is to know about this amazing pizza. Once I was ready to open, I sponsored my teacher from Italy to join me on my journey into the pizza world and since 2011 we have been serving up one of the most popular pizzas in Toronto and the GTA. Recently we had the honour of appearing on Food Network's tv show "You Gotta Eat Here!"

Ciao Roma prides itself on making one of the lightest, fluffiest and crunchiest dough on the market. It is also one of the easiest digested pizzas out there due to our 4 day secret dough recipe and process. We use nothing but high quality, fresh ingredients to ensure that our pizza and toppings always tastes amazing and consistent! Furthermore, we sell our pizza by weight giving you the ability to choose as much or as little as you want from a variety of pizzas. For those of you who have your favourites, or hosting parties, we also take orders.
