Our traditional chicken wings are double-fried and gluten free. Our wing sauces are made in-house and inspired by our background with Asian flavors you won't find anywhere else. If wings aren't your thing we also have sliders, kimchi fries, salads and an emphasis on local brewed draft beer!

Is a first generation Vietnamese American.  Born and raised in Oklahoma City, the oldest of 3 boys.  Truong is also part owner of both Guernsey Park, and Covell Park.  "We have been able to develop a strong team within our organization with common goals.  Chick-N-Beer is consider to be a laid back local "in the hole" vibe.  The menu is simple and direct.  Double fried chicken wings accompanied by nice cold brews.  Televisions setup to support our OU/OSU teams and of course Thunder basketball!"
