About the Business

Chelsea's Kitchen, an adobe building with a zinc roof on the canal, was envisioned as an Arizona roadhouse serving food that pays tribute to the heritage and history of the area. Sitting on one of the most unique locations in Arizona, Chelsea's Kitchen is located on what used to be an old movie studio, built to film Western themed films. Between what are some of Phoenix oldest neighborhoods, it is nature calls for a celebration of the Southwest.

The food is clean, simple and follows this history and ideology. No shortcuts on quality of ingredients, portions or preparation are acceptable. The cooking displays the ingredients and techniques of Arizona, Southern California, New Mexico, Texas, Mexico, Spain, Argentina and Peru. Dishes are created daily with fresh and honest ingredients.
