About the Business

Our founder Joe Petras, came to America in 1980 after leaving his home country of Czechoslovakia for the opportunities of the United States. With a love of the Rocky Mountains, he decided Utah would be the perfect place to recreate the European alpine culinary experience. After nearly twenty years, we continue his Eastern and Central European food & brewing legacy, using only from the freshest ingredients and family recipes daily.
