Many of our locals remember us as Bistro à la mode with delicious food and al fresco dining the Bistro was created to offer a casual lunch dining experience with exceptional food.   ​ While the weather in Arizona lends to al fresco dining, there are times that rain and cool temperatures caused our guests to seek shelter inside the manor house at Stonebridge Manor.  The owner has decided that the Bistro deserved its own home and created a new restaurant to be named Board and Batten.  The name? - you'll get it when you visit ;-)
